"A brief reminder that from 14th December 2007 any residential property will need a Home Information Pack (HIP) before it can be marketed for sale. It may be a good idea for you to remind your lessees of the HIP requirement aswell.

Frettens are HIP providers and I have listed some of the benefits of our offering below. You may feel it advantageous to suggest to your lessees that you can arrange a HIP for them as and when required. We would be delighted to prepare the HIP for you!
