Commercial Teams Go from Strength to Strength

Frettens are thrilled to reflect on the growth of their commercial practice which, with eleven solicitors / equivalent qualified staff, is now the largest commercial presence that Frettens has ever had. The firm now joins a small number of firms in Dorset with strong corporate teams.

Several new solicitors have joined the firm since the start of 2007 which has bolstered the growth of the teams. In January, Oonagh McKinney joined as a Partner to head Commercial Property work. She was followed by Kate Fretten and Jennifer Maddocks as Employment Associates, setting up a stand alone Employment Department. Finally, in March, Demelza Curnow joined the Litigation Team as an Assistant Solicitor. Senior Partner, Ian Fretten, says “With excellent local reputations, each of these crucial hires will assist in evolving the commercial presence of Frettens as they join the firm on the brink of an exciting year”.
