Charlene assists David Walton in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity for leasehold and freehold properties. Charlene is based in the New Milton office.

One of the quickest witted people at the firm, Charlene’s usually part of the fun and social activities going on at Frettens. Charlene has developed an addiction for the gym recently and much of her free time is spent on a treadmill or in a spinning class! She does love a big family roast or a Chinese with her mates though. She loves fast cars and is aiming to get herself a Mitsubishi EVO VIII. One day Charlene would like to stay in the ice hotel and also to spend Christmas at Lapland!
