Charlotte has a range of commercial experience including commercial property acquisitions and disposals, property aspects of corporate transactions and Landlord and Tenant matters, acting for both commercial landlords and tenants. She also handles property development matters including advising on option agreements and conditional contracts and taking a matter through to site aquisition.

Charlotte spearheads the mighty Frettens netball team as the prolific Goal Shooter - when she remembers her kit. She loves eating out and is a big fan of curries, whether they are from Thailand or India. Bearing in mind her appetite and passion for food, it’s a good job Charlotte is also a strong runner and aims one day to run the London Marathon. Charlotte also has an eye for interior design and is currently doing up her new flat.
