Helen deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties. She has worked in conveyancing for over 17 years. Helen is also responsible for marketing Frettens’ Conveyancing service to specific estate agents and mortgage brokers and she is assisted by Aimee Barnett and Michele Overton.

Hailing from Cornwall, Helen is an excellent pianist and a fervent Tottenham Hotspur fan. After a successful day in the office, she likes to socialise, reflected in her role as an instrumental part of the firm’s social committee. Helen has an infectious laugh and a knack for being able to rally the troops. Helen is also a star Winger for the mighty Frettens netball team and a keen traveller and sun worshipper – top of her list of world destinations is New Zealand.
