Kate specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Taking a pragmatic and commercial approach, she has a particular interest in non-contentious matters, including restrictive covenants, confidentiality issues and senior executive recruitment and severance. Kate advises on all aspects of employment law and provides day to day HR advice to businesses of all sizes and also has a particular specialism in the care sector. Kate has also been recommended in this year's Legal 500, an independent legal directory.

Away from work, Kate has a full time job organising her husband and looking after her young family. Kate loves spending time at the family’s beach hut and supports the local economy by frequent visits to Castlepoint and West Quay.
