Kerry has vast experience of a wide range of commercial property work. This consists predominantly of sales and purchases of commercial premises, both freehold and leasehold, and drafting and reviewing commercial leases. Kerry also deals with options and conditional contracts, the property aspects of corporate transactions and acting for property developers in acquisitions and plot sales.

Not many lawyers know a heel lead from a fleckle, but Kerry certainly does as she has lots of Ballroom and Latin American dancing experience and, as such, has recently been appointed as the resident Frettens Strictly Come Dancer. These days she is kept busy by her young family and also enjoys walking her labrador, Marley, and planting up her garden. Kerry is also a big Take That fan and she once bumped into the whole cast of "Neighbours" whilst travelling in Australia.
