Work
Karen deals with all aspects of non-contentious company and commercial work, from corporate transactions involving business and share sales and acquisitions to general company matters such as business start ups, company secretarial work, standard conditions of sale and shareholder agreements. Karen is also able to assist on partnership matters and has experience in a variety of commercial contracts.
Play
Karen barely has any free time as she’s usually cramming various water sports and social events into her weekends but in her quieter moments she has great creative flair and is an excellent poet. Karen’s also a member of the mighty Frettens netball team, playing a fiercely competitive and potent Goal Attack. She also loves olives. Seriously.
