Niki draws on her considerable experience in this specialist area to head up the Leasehold Property Team, representing freeholders, leaseholders and property management companies throughout the UK.
Work
Having worked in this niche area of property law since 2006, Niki specialises in residential leasehold property matters. She advises freeholders and leaseholders (as well as head leaseholders and management companies) alike.
Niki has often been described as ‘candid’ by her clients as she likes to explain things in a straight-forward way to save client’s time and money.
The team has considerable expertise in lease extensions, enfranchisements, right to manage and right of first refusal matters with two fee earners specialising in this area. Few, if any, other local firms have this volume of resource dedicated to this specialism.
Niki is a member of the ALEP (Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) and has been recognised in the 2022 and 2023 Legal 500 which is an independent legal directory.

Play
Most of Niki’s spare time is spent exercising her extremely spoilt horse, HiJack and her labrador, Roma. She rides HiJack 4 or 5 times a week and tries to compete as often as she can. Niki loves walking Roma with her husband and enjoying the countryside local to where they live.
If Niki wasn’t a lawyer, she likes to think she would be an interior designer and loves getting stuck into DIY and gardening, when time allows.
