DESCRIPTION:  	Social Media - Issues for Employers - Wednesday 30th May 2012     	We offer a quarterly training session on Employment Law and HR issues. The sessions include a briefing from our employment specialists on a set topic and practical discussion and working through hypothetical situations.    	An increasing number of cases have started to come though the employment tribunal involving the mis-use of social media by employees at work. In this month's Training session, we consider what employers can do to protect themselves and their business and also ensure they can take the necessary action against transgressing employees.    	Our Employment Law Training sessions are aimed at those managing HR issues, whether at Director or assistant level. They provide an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to meet, share ideas and discuss employment issues, learning from Employment lawyers and also their contemporaries.
