Frettens Solicitors are delighted to announce that Carl Geary has been promoted to become a Partner at the firm.
Carl has been at Frettens since 2007, initially as a paralegal and then beginning a training contract, the final stage of qualification as a solicitor. He qualified into the Dispute Resolution Team and has dealt with all aspects of litigation since then, building vast experience. He has particular aptitude for property related disputes and in assisting landlords and tenants, but Carl has also successfully completed the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) course, which demonstrates his expertise in disputes over wills and inheritances.
