Conveyancer - Commercial Property Team

Frettens is looking for an experienced conveyancer, FCILEx or paralegal to join their Commercial Property Team in Christchurch.

You must have the ability to run a residential sale/purchase in its entirety from initial instruction through to the Land Registry application.

You must also have experience in dealing with leasehold transactions. Experience in dealing with the conveyancing of large property portfolios would be an advantage.
