The new Data Protection Bill is due to come into force on 25 May 2018. This Bill represents the biggest change in data protection rights in 20 years. It will essentially mirror the provisions of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which employers will be obliged to comply with in any event.
In this session, Paul and Kate will be discussing the main points included in the bill and will let you know the impact for Employers in practical terms and how to prepare for the upcoming changes.
The Employment Law Training will be aimed at those managing HR issues, whether at Director or assistant level. They provide an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to meet, share ideas and discuss employment issues, learning from Employment lawyers and also their contemporaries.
