Nancy is a Junior Paralegal in Ringwood assisting Julia Gaunt in the Conveyancing department.

Work

Nancy joined Frettens in March 2022 and is responsible for issuing contract packs, search reports, setting up files for completion and dealing with all the post completion paperwork and registering purchases at the Land Registry.

She has always worked in a law firm, starting on reception part-time alongside studying business management at Bournemouth University. She has previously been a secretary in many departments but settled on conveyancing a few years ago as she likes how fast paced it is.

Nancy feels lucky to live surrounded by lots of lovely forests so enjoys long walks with her dog Leo, usually with a Starbucks in hand too! At the weekends you can usually find Nancy sipping cocktails in a bar with friends or online shopping as she has an unhealthy obsession with designer shoes and bags – she's always saving for her next big purchase!
