Rupert has joined the Insolvency & Restructuring team as a Paralegal to assist our ‘Insolvency Guru’ Malcolm Niekirk.
Rupert has completed an LLB undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Buckingham and an LLM Masters of Law at the University of Sheffield. Before joining Frettens, Rupert was a Litigation Manager for a commercial law firm in London running a mixed caseload of small claims, fast track and multi-track commercial litigation cases.

Rupert is a keen gardener having a particular interest in traditional cottage gardens. Wherever he has lived he has enjoyed the challenge of taking a blank space and creating another new garden design. He is also interested in classic cars, and particularly enjoys watching the restoration of classic cars on TV and social media with the hope of being able to undertake on himself someday.
