Dispute Resolution Associate


Sarah advises both individual and company clients on many aspects of civil and commercial litigation, including varied contract disputes, property issues (including boundary disputes, adverse possession as well as landlord and tenant matters), and wills and inheritance arguments, company reinstatements, professional negligence and some consumer issues.

Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and, having spent all of her career working in Dispute Resolution, her breadth and depth of experience allows her to give sensible, realistic and cost effective advice, with the client’s best interests always at the fore.


Outside of work Sarah is kept busy with her family commitments and being a Governor of her local Primary School. She also plays netball during the week and is learning to ride a bike!!! On the weekends she enjoys country and beach walks with her dog.
