Wayne is a Solicitor and an Associate in our Company and Commercial Team. He has acted for a range of businesses from small owner managed to listed companies. Wayne deals with all aspects of non-contentious company and commercial work, from corporate transactions involving reorganisations, joint ventures, business and share sales and acquisitions to general company matters including standard conditions of sale, articles of association and shareholder agreements. He is also able to advise on matters concerning Limited Liability Partnerships and LLP agreements, traditional partnerships and franchising matters and has experience in a variety of commercial contracts.
Wayne qualified as an Attorney in South Africa before moving to England and, as a second language, he can speak Afrikaans (similar to Dutch).
|Wayne has been recommended in the 2021 Legal 500 which is an independent legal directory.|
Wayne enjoys spending time with his family and friends in his free time and likes to be active squeezing in some running, swimming and gym.(plus the odd game of tennis, touch rugby, football and cricket when the opportunity arises). He is an avid watcher of high level sports on television and loves to go to live matches including supporting his son at his team’s Sunday football matches [for Ringwood Town u18s]. Going to a live comedy show is a favourite. Wayne is particularly partial to a proper South African braai with variety of meats cooked over a wood fire served with accompanying potatoes and onions cooked in foil in the coals and grilled corn on the cob all served hot with butter on top!
What our clients say
Quick & very efficient. Good advice and good value for money. Wayne delivered exactly what we wanted.
Thank you for all your help with both Policies and Procedures and eCompetency. These things are never easy and when you throw the restrictions of the lockdown into the mix it’s a minor miracle we got anything done! I should also add that I am aware that you did a fair degree of antisocial hours and weekend work in the process and for that I am extremely grateful, not every solicitor I have met would be prepared to do this.
