Matthew deals with all aspects of non-contentious company and commercial work and is also recognised for ‘superb all round service and excellent client care’ according to independent law directory Legal 500. Matthew specialises in business and company mergers, sales and acquisitions and his experience ranges from small business asset sales to large multi-million pound share sales and acquisitions. Matthew also deals with business and company formations and all forms of commercial contracts, ranging from shareholders agreements and partnership deeds to standard conditions of sale.
Play
Life away from work is relatively hectic for Matt with his young family and trips to the family beach hut feature when at all possible. As an optimistic dreamer, he is bound to follow the trials and tribulations of Southampton FC and his hero is still, after much deliberation, Matt Le Tissier. Squash is a weekly punishment endured by Matt and once a year he can be found lagging behind younger (and much fitter) colleagues at the Easter charity quarter marathon held at Boscombe pier.
