We assume that you are a licensed insolvency practitioner, or work for an insolvency practitioner and have some familiarity with dealing with retention of title claims. So we do make a few assumptions about the jargon and legal principles that we expect you to have some familiarity with.

Get the paperwork together – as much as you can – before you go through the questions on this site. Otherwise you will have to make a few assumptions about some of the things we ask you (you will probably have a completed questionnaire from the supplier in front of you).
