HR Coffee Break Briefing: Unlawful Conduct

Join our Employment team for a monthly Coffee Break Briefing on a relevant workplace topic.

Following on from Justine's October talk, which focussed on some key current areas of the protected characteristics, Chris and Jack will be talking about unlawful conduct under the Equality Act including:

The types of discrimination,
Particular claim in relation to disabilities,
The new law on sexual harassment and third-party harassment

This session will focus on the risks of these claims, how they can be established, and some practical thoughts as part of the ongoing changes to harassment law.
