  • Advising a Registered Provider of Social Housing on acquiring over 400 short-term leases of properties to be used as supported living and agreeing the Service Level Agreement with the Support Provider.
  • Advising a Registered Provider of Social Housing on a number of portfolios of long-term leases for properties to be used as supporting living including advising on ancillary documentation including rent support agreements, works agreements and service level agreements.
  • Advising a Housing Association on its property portfolio including a mix of acquisition, short-term and long-term leases.
