Drinks Transaction for Frettens Commercial

Christchurch based solicitors, Frettens LLP, have successfully completed the sale of the entire issued share capital of Alexander Drinks Distribution Limited to Festival Drinks Limited. Matthew Fretten, a Partner and Head of Frettens’ Commercial Team, led the transaction.

Festival Drinks Limited, based in Ringwood, is a major distributor of soft drinks, dispensers and other related equipment. Alexander Drinks Distribution Limited was a local competitor to Festival Drinks and this purchase has resulted in a considerable increase in market share for Festival Drinks; the company is now believed to be the largest independent distributor in the region. Managing Director of Festival Drinks, Doug Lingafelter, is delighted with the purchase; he comments “This is very progressive step in Festival’s continued growth.
