Frettens Solicitors are pleased to announce that Clare Hallett has re-joined their Commercial Property Team as an Associate.
Clare trained at Frettens and qualified as a solicitor in 2005, focusing on Commercial Property. She left Frettens in 2009 to join a Ringwood firm and establish a specialist property service.
The Partners at Frettens are delighted to welcome Clare back to their Christchurch office. Oonagh McKinney, a Partner at Frettens and head of the firm’s Commercial Property Team, says “Clare is a terrific solicitor and a valued member of our team; we are all extremely pleased to see her return. Clare’s vast experience includes property transactions for a variety of commercial clients, such as developers, hotels, commercial landlords / tenants, care homes and retail clients. She comments “I am excited to be back; now that I am, it doesn’t feel like I ever left! Frettens have steadily increased their profile during the time that I have been away and, as such, attracted several new commercial clients. I am keen to get up to pace and looking forward to the new challenges ahead.”
