Performance Management
We have a current course available on Managing Employee’s Performance. The course enables attendees to gain a clear understanding of the importance of managing employee’s performance, a good knowledge of the processes involved and what is expected of them as Managers by their organisation.
The course uses a ‘life cycle’ of an employee scenario, from recruitment to dismissal. It is designed to bring out the pertinent issues with reference to the organisation’s internal procedures to raise awareness of them and demonstrate how they should be used in practice. A mixture of power point and workshop sessions is used and handouts are provided.
This course can be held at your organisation’s premises or at our offices (where appropriate). The cost is £950 +VAT for a 4 hour session for up to approximately 10-20 members of staff.
Bespoke Training sessions
Our specialists can work with you to design a half or full day’s training on any employment law topic, which will deliver exactly what you want and need. Courses will usually include workshop sessions that will help to keep the day interesting for the attendees, as well as providing an opportunity to ‘put things into practice’ in the presence of one of our experienced employment lawyers.
Training can be delivered to any number of attendees, although smaller groups may be recommended for some topics. You may choose to focus the training on your Human Resources staff or other managers within the organisation, and our courses can be tailored to suit. Prices are surprisingly competitive and are set according to the length and complexity of the course and the number of attendees.
