The Fixed Fee Divorce package includes all the necessary steps from instructing us as your solicitors through to the Decree Absolute.
Our fees for this package are £1260 (including VAT) and this includes court fees (which are £340 for filing the petiton and £45 for the decree absolute). The only other costs which may sometimes be necessary are a fee of £9.00 if we need to obtain a copy of your marriage certificate, and a fee of up to £9.00 when you swear your Affidavit, but this can be free if you swear this document at a local court office.
This package is for cases which are undefended by your husband / wife. To make managing your budget easier, Frettens also offer a payment plan.
