This week is Good Divorce Week.
This is a week about seeking the best solutions to what can be the most difficult period that clients can go through. Resolution is a National Organisation of Family Lawyers keen to promote resolution of family separation without conflict. We are proud to be members of Resolution a large community of family justice professionals who all work with families and individuals to resolve issues in the most constructive way.
Resolution membership is about the approach we take to our work. This means that as a Resolution member, we will also seek to reduce or manage any conflict or confrontation, support and encourage families and but the best interests of any children first and to always act with honesty, integrity and objectivity.
"I know from my 29 years experience working as a family lawyer professional that clients reach the best outcomes when they are helped to understand and manage the potential long term financial and emotional consequences of their decisions. This is why I use my experience and knowledge to guide clients through the options available to them," advises the Head of the Family Team, Andrew Stynes.
As a Resolution member, we have signed up to a code of practice that will demonstrate to clients the approach we will always take. This code of practice promotes a constructive approach to family issues and considers the needs of the whole family, in particular the best interests of children.
