Frettens Promote Michelle Hayter to Associate

Frettens LLP have promoted Litigation lawyer Michelle Hayter to Associate status. Michelle has been a part of the firm’s Civil and Commercial Litigation Team since joining Frettens in 2004. She deals with a range of commercial disputes, and has particular experience in handling breach of contract, professional negligence and corporate claims. For the last 18 months, Michelle has been the Head of the Litigation Team, made up of four fee earning personnel plus support staff.

Matthew Fretten, Head of the firm’s Commercial Department, says “Michelle has proved herself to be not only an excellent litigator but a valuable asset to the firm by helping to grow the team and its turnover. The high quality of work that Michelle is attracting to the department is worthy of note and we are delighted to acknowledge Michelle’s achievements with this promotion, another important step in her career path.”
