The Partners and Conveyancing Team at Frettens are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the LFS Conveyancing Awards 2013.
LFS (Law Firm Services Ltd) created an awards event in 2012 to recognise the outstanding work of conveyancers, region by region, in an often overlooked part of the legal profession. Each firm went through a rigorous five stage judging process, involving mystery shopping, surveys with estate agents and assessment of all communications with a conveyancing client during the sale or purchase of a home.
In 2012, Frettens was awarded the silver medal behind Ashfords in Devon for the South & South West regional conveyancer of the year. Frettens was also awarded the national gold award for quality of presentation and content of their marketing and website. Read more about the LFS Awards in 2012.
As the preparation for the 2013 awards continues, Frettens has been informed that we are shortlistedin at least one category for this year’s awards. The 2013 Awards will be on Thursday 26th September at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
Estate Agents are invited to vote for their Conveyancer of the Year for a national award which is judged entirely on votes from estate agents (this will be weighted so that the larger firms will need to get proportionally more votes than smaller firms).
