Head of Information Communication and Technology

Reporting to the Managing Partner, this role is responsible for leading the firm’s ICT department and strategy, ensuring secure, resilient and efficient systems that support high-quality legal service delivery.  This role oversees all aspects of information technology, communications platforms, cybersecurity, data governance and digital transformation across the firm.

The postholder will ensure that the firm’s ICT environment is robust, compliant with UK regulatory requirements (including SRA, ICO, GDPR) and aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, line and project management skills, business analysis and strategic thinking.
