Insolvency Coffee Break Briefing: Avanti Communications - is it fixed, or a floating charge?

Avanti Communications is the most significant court ruling to look at the battery of charges in a debenture, and consider which are fixed charges, and which are floating charges.

In Malcolm's January Coffee Break Briefing he will be looking at:

What a fixed charge is.
What a floating charge is – and how that’s different.
Why IPs need to categorise charges as fixed or floating.
How – before Avanti – to do that.
What Avanti has changed.

The briefing will be online at 10:30 and will end at 11:00.
