Our guest speaker is Josh Simons.

Josh began his career as a promising golfer, representing Great Britain and Ireland at just 17. He later moved into hospitality and events, launching and operating venues across the UK and internationally. Today, he is co-founder of Aviary Hospitality, the group behind award-winning Chicken & Blues, all-day dining concept Flamingo, and most recently the Christchurch Music Festival.

He will be sharing some of his own experiences and lessons learnt as a result of his journey to date, and will be joined by business partner Steve Crawford.
