Experienced litigator joins Frettens

Frettens Solicitors are excited to reveal our latest senior lawyer recruit, Sarah Nineham.

Sarah is an experienced Dispute Resolution solicitor for both businesses and individuals across all contractual, property, inheritance, negligence, debt and civil areas of litigation.

Sarah advises both individuals and commercial clients on many aspects of civil and commercial litigation. Her breadth of expertise includes contract disputes, property issues (such as boundary disputes, adverse possession as well as landlord and tenant matters), company reinstatements, wills and inheritance arguments, professional negligence and some consumer issues.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 1999, Sarah’s depth of experience allows her to give sensible, realistic and cost effective advice, always keeping her client’s best interests at the fore.
