Property Solicitors join Team Frettens

Frettens are delighted to welcome two new Solicitors to their Residential Conveyancing Team.

Sarah March-Paschal is a Conveyancing Solicitor with Conveyancing experience largely in the Poole and Bournemouth area, as well as additional property interests including a small portfolio of investment properties. At Frettens, she will be working with Jennifer Smith's team, looking after a number of clients as they buy, sell or remortgage their property.

Debbie Ware has also built up vast conveyancing experience since qualifying as a solicitor in 1989 and working in firms in Dorset, Hampshire, Cornwall and Berkshire. She has also been a lecturer at Bournemouth University, where she was teaching all aspects of property law to LPC students (the Legal Practice Course, which is the course which any aspiring solicitor must complete before they can begin a training contract with a law firm). At Frettens, Debbie will be working with Amanda Caisley's team, helping clients with property sales and purchases and also remortgages.

Head of the Conveyancing Team, Clare Hallett, says "Both solicitors bring vast, specialised experience and a wealth of knowledge to our client offering and we are delighted to welcome Sarah and Debbie. At Frettens, we endeavour to select the best professionals to work for our team, looking for a blend of knowledge and personality. We are pleased to have found that blend with Sarah and Debbie; their expertise will be of great reassurance to our clients and their bubbly and approachable nature should make the conveyancing experience a little less stressful! We will also be delighted to utilise Debbie's lecturing expertise to further develop and enhance our training of our Paralegals as they progress within the Department."

Our Conveyancing Team, based in Christchurch, also covers Bournemouth, Poole and the New Forest. If you have any questions, you only have to ask us at Frettens. Please call 01202 499255 and Debbie, Sarah or the rest of the team, will be happy to provide a quote for your conveyancing and talk through your particular requirements.
