Anne is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team in Ringwood.

Anne started her legal career many years ago, initially as an office junior and then as a legal secretary before qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2001. Anne was a fee earner in residential conveyancing for a number of years but recently took a step back into a support role.

All aspects of residential Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages & transfers of equity.
Raising & responding to enquiries.
Preparing search reports and title reports.
Dealing with exchange and completion.
Submitting SDLT and Land Registry applications.

Anne is a long time supporter of Leicester City F.C. along with her husband. She enjoys watching Formula 1, going for country walks & pub lunches and retail therapy with her two daughters.
