Bryony Spicer

Bryony is a Solicitor within the Family team in Ringwood.

Work

Bryony joined the family department when she qualified in July 2024. Before qualifying Bryony studied at the University of Sussex and completed the LPC and a Masters course at the University of Law in 2022.

Bryony has previously worked for a legal aid firm securing non molestation orders for clients and she completed her training contract at a firm in Brighton where she spent the majority of her time within the family department.

Experience

• Representing clients in financial remedy proceedings
• Achieving interim maintenance payments for applicants
• Achieving non-molestation orders for clients against former partners and relatives
• Advising on out of court settlements
• Advising on children matters and where court intervention may be necessary
• Advising on appeals following the conclusion Children Act proceedings
• Advising on and preparing pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements

In her spare time Bryony is a keen cook and enjoys spending time going on walks throughout the New Forest.
