Clare Hallett

Clare is a Residential Property Solicitor and a Partner, she also takes a lead role in the firm’s IT strategy. Her experience has been recognised in the 2022 and 2023 Legal 500, the independent guide to law firms in the UK.

Work 

Clare trained with Frettens and qualified as a solicitor in 2005, initially in the commercial property team. She became a Partner in 2016 and moved into the Residential Property Team which she led until 2025.   Clare is now based in the Wimborne office. 

With over 20 years' experience in property law, Clare advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, new build properties, high-value transactions and complex title matters. Her experience working closely with property developers on acquisitions and plot sales gives her particular insight when advising buyers of new build homes.
