Work
In September 2025, Elena joined Victoria Bailey as a Compliance Apprentice. She assists Victoria with ensuring that the firm stays compliant.
Before joining Frettens, Elena studied Criminology and Sociology at Brockenhurst college.
Whilst at college, Elena worked at a restaurant on the south coast where she gained a lot of experience in a customer facing role.

Outside of work Elena enjoys getting out for a round of golf whenever the weather permits.
