IT Service Delivery Manager

Jo deals with resolving all internal IT queries and assists in developing new processes and solutions to help us 'work smarter not harder'.

Work

Jo joined Frettens in 2014, starting as an Administrator in HR and working on our busy reception before moving on to assist with IT.

She completed her Visualfiles Developer training in 2019 and now deals with resolving all internal IT queries from staff.

She completed her ITIL 4 Foundation course in November 2024 and now heads up our IT Service Delivery Team.

When Jo is not in the office she can be found anywhere near water – whether that’s walks on the beach, paddle boarding down a river or jumping off inflatables at the New Forest Water Park. When she’s not throwing herself into water, she also enjoys curling up with a cup of tea and a film – anything from World War 2 films to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
