Laura is an Associate in our Residential Property team dealing with sales and purchases.
Work
Laura joined the firm in October 2019. She is a CILEX Practitioner who is based in our Christchurch office and is assisted by Niamh Barratt.
She deals with all things relating to residential property including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Laura also likes to expand her knowledge and has also dealt with adverse possession claims, matrimonial conveyancing, assents, transfers in specie, deeds of release, transfers of part.

- Dealing with sale files from opening to exchange and completion.
- Dealing with Freehold purchases from opening to exchange and completion and registration.
Play
Out of work, Laura takes her Black Labrador down to the beach for walks with her family. She likes to socialise with friends going to bars and nice restaurants. In the summer she goes down the beach and enjoys paddle boarding.
