Olivia Gilbert

HR & Operations Manager

Working closely alongside Catharine Snow, Olivia supports with all HR functions to our staff and deals with the facilities management for our offices in both Christchurch and Ringwood.

Work

Olivia joined Frettens in September 2021 as an Operations Assistant based in Christchurch and in July 2025 was made HR & Operations Manager.

Previous to working at Frettens Olivia gained legal experience working as an administrator in a private client department. 

Olivia is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and is currently working towards her CIPD qualifications, passing her CIPD level 3 in summer 2025.

Play

In her spare time Olivia enjoys going out and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves travelling abroad, being in the sun and visiting new places.
