HR & Operations Manager

Working closely alongside Catharine Snow, Olivia supports with all HR functions to our staff and deals with the facilities management for our offices in both Christchurch and Ringwood.

Work

Olivia joined Frettens in September 2021 as a HR & Operations Assistant and was promoted to HR & Operations Manager in July 2025. Based predominately in the Christchurch office, she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s people and operations.

Previous to working at Frettens Olivia worked within the legal sector as an administrator in a private client department.

Olivia is a Foundation Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is committed to her professional development. Having achieved her CIPD Level 3 qualification in Summer 2025, she is looking forward to commencing her CIPD Level 5 studies later this year.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling to new destinations, and making the most of her annual leave exploring new places. She loves being in the sunshine and discovering somewhere new whenever she gets the opportunity.
