Richard’s friendly and down to earth approach means he is able to fully understand his client’s needs, assisting them with both legal and practical solutions to problems.

Richard is a Associate in our leasehold property team.

Richard joined the firm in 2021 as a solicitor in our commercial property team and dealt with a wide range of property transactions. In 2025, he transferred to the leasehold property team working alongside Niki Adkins and Kerry Martin. He was promoted to Associate in July 2026.

Play

In his spare time, Richard enjoys exploring the local area with his family and going on muddy walks with their pet dog! He is currently learning to play the guitar which he finds good fun and at times, very frustrating!
