Victoria is the firm’s Compliance and Risk Manager, working closely with the other members of the Management Team and the Partners to develop and maintain the firm’s compliance strategy.
Work
Victoria is a member of the International Compliance Association having achieved her ICA Advanced Certificate in Legal Compliance, with distinction, in 2018. She has over 10 years’ experience of managing risk and compliance functions in law firms.
The role of Risk and Compliance Manager is extensive, varied and key to the success of the firm. Victoria is passionate about helping the firm and her colleagues work within the regulations by providing training, on-going support and working closely with the IT Team to make compliance processes as easy to follow as possible.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys long walks and occasional runs in the forest or along the beach with her dog, and the weekends at agility and flyball training.
