Frettens Commercial Property Specialists Move iimia

The Commercial Property Team at Frettens LLP has recently completed a business lease transaction on behalf of their client iimia Investment Group plc. Frettens obtained a new lease for a recently refurbished commercial premises in a prominent position in central Bournemouth. iimia Investment Group plc is the parent company of the iimia group, which has two divisions, Investment Services (involved in Fund Management and Wealth Management) and Corporate Services (involved in Corporate Finance and Corporate Broking). With their head office in Exeter and offices in Plymouth, Northampton, London and Edinburgh, iimia are delighted to have relocated to a more prolific Bournemouth office.  

Frettens are pleased to have been appointed by iimia and hope that this first instruction will lead to future work with the company.
