Frettens Solicitors are delighted to announce the latest addition to their Property Teams: David Fairbairn will work with the firm as a part time Consultant Solicitor specialising in Planning and Environmental Law.

David has over 20 years of working for local authorities, enabling him to build vast experience and expertise in planning and environmental law. He will deal with the conflicts arising between clients who want to utilise land for commercial or residential purposes and the local planning authorities who aim to protect and maintain the existing environment. With protecting the environment an increasing concern, David helps clients to understand their environmental liabilities and to stay on the right side of the law.
