Women in Business (Xch) Networking - Christmas Lunch - 5th December 2008
Our quarterly events are lighthearted, friendly and social - it's a nice way to meet people that you want to do business with. They are an excellent opportunity to meet women from Christchurch, the New Forest and the immediate surrounding areas - if you know women who work in these places and might like to know about our events, please tell us, so that we can invite them too. Women in Business (Xch) is hosted by Ianthe Slinger, a Partner at Frettens and Lucy Filer, a Partner from Filer Knapper Accountants.
Our most recent event was held in the newly refurbished Christchurch Harbour Hotel and cost £30.00 to attend. This included a delicious and non-traditional christmas lunch and desert, coffee and a glass of wine plus plenty of networking time with the area’s business women.
To help get into the festive spirit, we asked each guest to bring a ‘Secret Santa’ present (£5 maximum value) to swap with another guest! The imaginative gifts were fun and the perfect way to get conversation flowing!
