Frettens' specialist Family Team has teamed up with Great Coaching Services to offer this series of practical workshops to help people contemplating separation from their husband, wife or partner and their friends who are providing support. The workshops will provide useful information from legal, emotional and financial perspectives and explain how the emotional and financial damage can be minimised. 

Workshop 1:   Should you split? What can you do to move forward wisely?

• Gain a better understanding of what’s not working, what can be repaired and what you can and can’t influence
• Divorce is never easy but some stress and destruction is avoidable - what affects the kind of experience you might have
• We look at the legal and emotional aspects of separation, taking account of financial and practical matters

Workshop 2:   Going in with your eyes open

• Understanding the impact the loss has on you and others
• How to manage your emotions to minimise the stress as well as the emotional, financial and social costs
• Which of the different legal processes would best suit you and your situation

Workshop 3:   Moving forward positively

• Communicating to minimise conflict while having your points addressed
• Getting the most help from your lawyer or financial adviser
• Dealing with the ‘emotional dip’ and the end of the fairy tale - remembering the good stuff.

You will also recieve handout materials and useful contact numbers throughout the course.

All information provided during the workshops and the booking process will be handled discretely and kept entirely confidential.
