HR Forum - November 2009

The Age Regulations - 3 years on

In our usual forum format, we will be looking at the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 three years on, revisiting the Retirement Procedure and reviewing the most significant case law to examine how the Regulations have impacted on HR practice and procedure.

The usual format for our quarterly lunchtime HR events is a Forum aimed at those dealing with HR issues. They provide an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to meet, share ideas and discuss employment issues, as well as socialise with contemporaries. Kate Fretten and Paul Burton open the Forums with an overview of the legal aspects of the topic and then allow the discussion to develop.
