Directors' Dining Club - 30 September 2022

We welcome business owners and Directors from Dorset and Hampshire to join us for an informal networking lunch.

The Captains Club will be serving the following menu:

Standard Menu

Tuna sashimi, pickled ginger, white radish salad
Medallions of English beef fillet, rosti potato, celeriac puree, Dorset snail and wild mushroom butter
Marinated berries, glazed with passionfruit sabayon, Amaretto biscuit crumb & vanilla ice cream

Vegetarian Menu

Tomato and basil custard tart, mascarpone & pesto cream (V)
Glazed wild mushroom & local smoked cheese gnocchi, frisee endive & hazelnut salad (V)
Marinated berries, glazed with passionfruit sabayon, Amaretto biscuit crumb & vanilla ice cream
