Directors Dining Club - 9 Dec

With no networking formalities, we invite business owners and company directors to enjoy a gourmet three course lunch in a relaxed environment with their contemporaries from across the area.

Please note the Directors Dining Club is INVITE ONLY. To request to join or suggest attendees please email events@frettens.co.uk.

MENU

Starters

Smoked chicken, ham & cranberry terrine, pear jelly, mustard crème fraiche
Teriyaji & sake cured salmon, white radish noddle salad, wasabi
Cream of sweet potato & pimento soup, paprika cream

Mains

Roast turkey breast, seasonal stuffing, chipolata chateau potato, parsnip, buttered sprouts, turkey gravy
Filleted seabass, shallot crushed new potatoes, seasonabl vegetables, grilled cherry tomatoes, parsley and caper butter
Spiced baked cauliflower steak, almond and popadom crust, curry sauce

Desserts

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce & mulled berry compote
Selection of English cheeses served with chutney, biscuits, bread & jelly
Vegan coconut and lime cheesecake, raspberry sorbet
Chocolate sacher torte, clementine compote
