In this article, Trainee Solicitor, Chelsea Jeffs outlines everything you need to know about non-molestation orders.
The statutory holiday entitlement is changing from 1st April 2009. The holiday entitlement increased to 4.8 weeks (20-24 days for those working a 5 day week) from 1 October 2007. This will further increase to 5.6 weeks (28 days a year for those working 5 days a week) from 1 April 2009. The following points should be noted:
- The holiday entitlement can include bank holidays.
- If the employee already receives paid time off for bank holidays in addition to your four week holiday entitlement, their holiday entitlement does not increase.
